Update: The owner actually reached out to me after this review to personally apologize to me! He even offered a refund, which I thought was incredibly nice! He told me there was an urgent situation that was happening while he doing my first sons haircut, which is why he was distracted. I very much appreciated his honesty with me, which is why I'm doing the update.
