Very handy to centre of Surfers. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Tram is located right outside. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Rooms are comfortable. Very handy having a washing machine & dryer in the bathroom. Spa pool was cold
Turned up to the beautiful site of a drunk throwing up in the pool area. Charming. Biggest dive in Surfers Paradise. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy stay here. Old carpets and furnishings. Appliances that don’t work. And uncaring staff. Put simply it’s a dump.
I would not recommend anyone book this hotel. It is very old, the walls are damaged with large holes, and there are lots of cockroaches in the rooms. It was a complete waste of money. The place is so dirty that you don’t even feel like eating anything. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
