⸻ I’ve been a customer at Enderby Rentals for years and have always appreciated the friendly service. I really like the new owners — they’re approachable, helpful, and have expanded their inventory with a good selection of equipment for purchase. That said, my recent experience was disappointing. I dropped off my edge trimmer for repair three weeks ago. After calling last week, I was told it would be ready by Monday. I made the trip on Tuesday, only to find out the repair hadn’t even started. As a longtime customer of Enderby rentals today returned to make a purchase of a new Stihl trimmer. I know that there is a new owner and had a chance to meet with him today. Fantastic gentlemen. Definitely customer service oriented. I’m extremely happy to spend money with a small business that has a great ownership. Even got to meet his daughters who were in helping over the summer. Very nice family. Definitely support this business. To top it all off I got a high quality Stihl trimmer.
