Get it in writing. Most of my interaction and experience was positive. The people were friendly, until there were issues with the bill, and the machine rented was excellent. However, in talking to them over the phone I was told it would be delivered a day early because they don't deliver on Saturday but as long as i didn't use the machine more than 8 hours it was just one day.
