I’ve been trying for almost a month to get ahold of the drs office to receive copies of my file. But every time I call them I get sent to answering machine. I live in alberta and I’m calling at noon here which is 11 there (bc time) I’m not sure what the deal is but it’s been getting very frustrating. Especially when you need the files for something important.
My husband and daughter went to this clinic yesterday July 14th and he was met with an extremely rude office assistant. He didn’t even stay to meet with the Dr because he walked out. He couldn’t get one word in edge wise. She cut him off multiple times and her attitude was outrageous. And it wasn’t just him she was rude too.
