After having multiple bad experiences with my family doctor, I was hesitant to reach out to any other doctor even when I was seriously sick. When my condition got worse and I didn’t had any other choice I talked with my local pharmacist and he suggested me about telehealth. Same day I Received a call from doctor Matande Patrick, he was really helpful. He listened to me and provided me with the adequate help. For a patient the most assuring thing is to be heard by the doctor and today I felt heard.
They were great, caring attentive genuinely friendly staff in the lab will see them again tomorrow 5 stars
Such helpful accommodating staff
They never have any spots available for people who need to see a doctor within a few days (like have a ear infection or something that is quite simple to solve) they only have spots for you to book 4 weeks in advance. Then they tell me they do keep spots for these emergencies or quickly needed appointments but have not yet once had room for me to see MY FAMILY DOCTOR (what a joke that is) instead I get to go to nonexistent walk ins (very hard to find these days) and spread my germs for hours on end in the waiting room or go ... read more
