The chinese medicine and acupuncture are decent enough, naturopathy session very mediocre, in general for both chinese med/naturopathy the students don't seem to know much of anything and I would've expected a bit more. Honestly, research whatever you have and spend the money on a supplement or put the money towards something more specialised. This is very hit or miss and depends whether you get a student that actually bothers to put the effort in, as it really seems they just want their supervisor to tick them off.

I’ve been using doing acupuncture and Chinese massage at the clinic for the last 10 years. Can’t speak more highly of it. Great new location and students/lecturers are always lovely and friendly.

I have had 3 sessions at the clinic and I cannot rate them highly enough. Extremely thorough and professional consultations, the students and practitioners continually check on you throughout treatment, and a wide variety of different treatments recommended. Ariel particularly was wonderful! 10/10 service.

spent more time sitting in the waiting room than with a student or clinician. terrible time management of the supervising staff over their students. after being seen i sat waiting for my herbs for over 20 minutes. my appointment that was only supposed to last 60 minutes, lasted double.

Students are lovely, however the staff running the clinic need to brush up on their administration and customer service skills. I have tried 11 times to return a call from this clinic, during their opening hours, however none of my calls have been answered and the clinic has made no attempt to return these calls. The clinic has also not provided any alternative method of contacting them. Such a shame for the customers and the poor students who are doing their absolute best.
