Had a panic stations situation with my Volvo V60. On holiday in England from Netherlands and due to get ferry back in 2 days. Car started losing coolant!! AA found a leak in a hose! Called Volvo at Maidenhead and Ben was brilliant!! Got the part ordered and they could fit me in that afternoon!! All fixed, no stress… great service!! I ordered my V60 and had it delivered to West Yorkshire without seeing the car first which for me was a leap of faith. My head said that I should not be doing this without seeing the car. I took a gamble based on a belief that Volvo will want to supply a car to a very high standard. I was not disappointed as Reece McGuire (Salesman) spotted minor things on the car that I couldn't see on the pictures, then told me what they were and how he would address them.
