We have been seeing Dr Michael Looi for many years, he is the best dentist! He recently stopped practising at our local dental clinic, we now travel a three hour round trip to see him at Endeavor Smiles Group. Arnie Melegrito (clinical / coordinator) is amazing. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and checks in to see if there are any issues with the patient - we have never experienced this before. Dr Edith Canales has been supporting my dental journey. She is calm, gentle and very aware of non verbal body language signalling discomfort. Dr Canales takes her time and ensures I am comfortable. She has been thorough in every discussion about my current and upcoming treatments. Answering my questions has been no bother and I feel lucky given I had not been to the dentist for about 4 years and knew I was in for some extensive treatment.
