Abbey has been any absolute blessing to work with. As i have struggled with my adhd and talking out my problems for years, I finally bit the bullet and booked some telehealth appointments here. I have never felt more accepted, understood, and cared for in my life. She has helped me find my triggers, understand my emotions, and been there for me throughout our almost 6-7 month sessions.
