A toilet breakdown a couple of days out from Christmas, called Ben and as busy as he was he made some time, visited and repaired the issue for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We chose these guys from our Google search because we liked the sound of a small family business and working with an actual local plumber rather than the giant plumbing outfits with 1300 numbers. Ben fixed our problem, but he charged a lot, so much that I think frankly that he took advantage of us - we had someone with special needs in our house which made the plumbing issue into an emergency.
