Used their services a second time today. A burst cold cold water pipe in my kitchen sink this time, all completed promptly and without drama or painful billing. Another plumber quoted $1500 (Metropolitan Plumbing- avoid at all costs) for the same job, whilst EP charged a lot, lot less and didn't pretend replacing a mixer tap required specialist expertise and rare pipes.
