I was absolutely thrilled with my experience here. Reception were amazing: friendly, communicative, and helpful.The paediatrician we saw was fantastic, too. Glad I didn't read the other reviews here before I booked in because it would have put me off, but my experience has been the exact opposite. These guys are great! 5/5
Called the clinic in regards to some information on a doctor. Spoke to Carmel. Carmel couldn't get me off the phone quick enough and had zero interest in helping me find a doctor for my referral. Will not be going near this clinic. How disappointing.
Saw a doctor there who is charging $400 and is taking calls during our appointment. Highly unprofessional. Calls should be answered when the patients have left the room. I'm sure she has a voicemail system and could call them back in her own time.
I was here recently, waited 1 hour 10minutes. Reception ladies very average, not friendly. Saw Dr Guy about my chronic ear issue for 5 minutes said it was fine, 10 days after seeing him I returned to my local GP for the same issue and it’s still ongoing. Waste of time and money.
The lady with the blonde / grey straight hair is very rude! She asked a couple what medical centre they go too and when this receptionist tried to call them and they didn’t answer she was very rude about it “I don’t have time to sit on the phone all day.” No name badges were worn. I was called the day before my appointment to confirm, I then got a further 2 calls in the space of 10 minutes confirming again, I explained I’ve already confirmed? I then got a text to confirm.
