I had an appointment today with Dr. Selvarani Moses for my 3 year old daughter. Appointment was for 10:45am and we were there a bit before time. I waited till 11:15 at this point while she was with another patient. I had another appointment to get to after this. By 11:20, I had to leave. Extremely frustrating and disappointing as I had to wait for that long, and who knows how much longer if I did decide to stay. My daughter has being going to Doctor Moses for a good year now . She a server depression trauma and ADHD. Doctor Moses is one of the most loveliest gentle lady that make my daughter and myself feel really safe, also the receptionist are all lovely if I could give more than a 5 I would . Thank you Doctor Moses for everything that you do for my daughter and I . So much respect & appreciate for you
I was absolutely thrilled with my experience here. Reception were amazing: friendly, communicative, and helpful.The paediatrician we saw was fantastic, too. Glad I didn't read the other reviews here before I booked in because it would have put me off, but my experience has been the exact opposite. These guys are great! 5/5
Called the clinic in regards to some information on a doctor. Spoke to Carmel. Carmel couldn't get me off the phone quick enough and had zero interest in helping me find a doctor for my referral. Will not be going near this clinic. How disappointing.
