Very efficient, friendly and professional services
I made an appointment for my one-year-old baby a week in advance and, having arrived ten minutes early, we were forced to wait for over an hour and a half. This was later explained as "sorry, but you were not checked in with our system". This was unacceptable and I was dissatisfied with the service I received at this clinic. Like another reviewer mentioned, I was also surprised by the overall rating. I was already at the nearby shops and seriously thought about going somewhere else when I saw the low 3-star average and some of the negative reviews. I figured there had to be something obviously wrong. But based on that other review, I decided to give it a fair go and I'm glad I did.
