My 2 year old couldn't get seen because they didn't have time slots for new patients. I made a new patient appointment in clinic for the next day, rang to confirm the morning of and they didn't have his appointment in the system so they couldn't see him. When I reiterated his age they didn't seem to care. To top it off, the receptionist didn't even say good bye, just hung the phone up. Don't bother with this clinic.
Having been a patient for most of my life, I highly recommend EHMC. Moving away from Endeavour Hills, I tried other clinics but always go back. Regularly seeing Dr Joanne Keecha, without her constant assistance, I am not sure I could cope with everything that comes with having complex medical needs. I can also highly recommend any of the other doctors and nurses at this practice also. Not sure why this place has a bad rating, I have always found staff specially Vicky and Dr Lux to be incredible and very helpful and friendly.
I have visited this clinic and saw Dr McDonald on 3 occasions for an issue and a vaccination for my 1 year old daughter. Very clean and modern clinic. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Best doctor I've ever seen in my 34 years living in Australia.
As another reviewer here highlights, I am also a bit surprised by the reviews. Although I was already at the nearby shops I strongly considered going elsewhere when I saw the negative reviews and the poor overall rating. I thought there had to be some glaringly obvious issues with this place to be sitting at a low 3 star rating.
