I made an appointment for my one-year-old baby a week in advance and, having arrived ten minutes early, we were forced to wait for over an hour and a half. This was later explained as "sorry, but you were not checked in with our system". This was unacceptable and I was dissatisfied with the service I received at this clinic. Like another reviewer mentioned, I was also surprised by the overall rating. I was already at the nearby shops and seriously thought about going somewhere else when I saw the low 3-star average and some of the negative reviews. I figured there had to be something obviously wrong. But based on that other review, I decided to give it a fair go and I'm glad I did. I've been taking my kids to this clinic for years, they have the best doctors we've ever seen in Melbourne, very good with kids and very patient. The receptionists and nurses are also lovely. Waiting time is a bit long, around 30 minutes, sometimes a bit more, but I think it's because the doctors are very thorough, never I see the doctor in a rush to see the next patient (like I sometimes experience in another clinic). My 2 year old couldn't get seen because they didn't have time slots for new patients. I made a new patient appointment in clinic for the next day, rang to confirm the morning of and they didn't have his appointment in the system so they couldn't see him. When I reiterated his age they didn't seem to care. To top it off, the receptionist didn't even say good bye, just hung the phone up. Don't bother with this clinic.
