wow I really can't believe this place is still open. the staff here were always abusive and Michelle is possibly the nastiest 2 face person who could ever be in charge of a place like this I hope to God she stepped down since I was there. she was planning to send me to some jail without telling my family or my social worker . if you are looking to refer a patient here for rehabilitation please look elsewhere these people are extremely foul.
Endeavor Place was one of the best ran facilities, thanks to the owner Michele Buer. She always had fun activities planned for the youth such as going to timberwolves games, to state parks, out to eat for pizza, winter activities etc. She believed in work before play and created that type of atmosphere. it’s mainly building structure in your life when i went. decent staff
Worst facility I’ve ever been to. They don’t drug test the staff when they start., Also they have cameras which I get, but not during or in the group room and especially recording Audio and and video that was unacceptable for me! Felt like I could never open up. And it effected more then just me.,it effected my family and the community’s around me. They just let the kids talk about drugs all night and day long. Would not recommend to any PO’s social worker or family’s seeking for helping there child.
Structure was the main focus when I went there almost ten years ago. The counselors where what made it work and the backbone behind this place. This place isnt about fun. Its about getting better. Taking for granted that things may have changed significantly since I attended this inpatient treatment center.
