The people at the desk are very nice a and are quite helpful. The waiting room is more spacious than most outpatient clinics I've been to. I'd take some pictures but out of respect for the patients and staff I've chosen not to do so here. The providers that work here and their support staff are all very good. The people at the front desk are particularly helpful.
The flood of one star ratings could not represent this facility any better. No acknowledgment or greeting right when you walk in and a receptionist who prioritized a non urgent phone call (yes everyone could hear the details) over a line of 7 people waiting to check in. It was made clear that the appointment was for a med refill and a plugged ear with the MA. The worst facility I have seen, they are so rude as if they working for free, why is NCH tolerating such reception staff, do they have training for staff or they all their staff to mistreat patients in this facility.
I found this to be a very pleasant visit (as much as such a visit can be). The staff were very nice, the X-ray tech was really nice, and I found Dr. Kumar to be both friendly and professional. I did not get any negative vibes from any of them. The wait time to be seen was acceptable, given I was a walk-in. The whole visit was wrapped up in a hour.
