Dr. Gadrinab is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. She also helped me get in touch with a patient care navigator (her name is Kelsi Higgins) and they’re so helpful and kind. They will follow up with you and ensure you’re getting the proper care. I tend to have a lot of anxiety around navigating these types of things and all of the providers have been unmatched.
I have literally begged Endeavor, my doctor, billing, whoever I could think of, for HELP. Not a single person has suggested I come in for re-evaluation to try and actually help me. The only time Endeavor reaches out, is for MONEY. And what’s even more pathetic is that billing is the only who answers me. My actual doctor won’t answer at all, and the nurses have only echoed the same useless info.
