Very unprofessional I came in for a dog bite first off I’m there from 10 in the morning til 1 . I started to have a panic attack couldn’t get my get my breathing right I almost blacked out so I told my boyfriend to get the nurse he goes out I can hear him say ma’m we need a nurse n she calls the nurse name and her answer was WHY !!!! excuse me , so than she comes in while I can’t even breath and say what do you need i couldn’t believe my ears disbelief how she responded she didn’t not care I would never in life go back …..
Prepare to wait more than two hours to test. I will not go again.
I came in literally limping, the nurse and the staff at the check in were amazing. I told the doctor that I think I have a blister. She brushed me off, asking how do I know it’s a blister, I said that I’m not sure, hence why I am there but just don’t want to get an infection. She barely even looked at my foot and told me to put neosporin. Fast forward 12 hrs, my foot is double the size with an infection. I went to a different provider who took her time and addressed my concerns better than Cara Anne Martinez
Doctor was rude and didn't care
Urgent care is wonderful especially Dr. Wilson. He’s amazing man. He helped me in my bronchitis. Please be patient when you’re there.
