Great gym with ownership that really cares. CrossFit, personal training, boxing - they have it all!
Best gym and best trainer! Couldn’t be any happier. Rob is very knowledgeable and has a strong passion for what he does, he genuinely wants to see you get better. The clases are fun but definitely challenging as they should! If you are looking for a place to improve your strength and mobility look no further this is your spot!
Came into this gym extremely intimidated and with ZERO knowledge about functional fitness, weight training or anything in between. Rob has been such a awesome trainer! He is so motivational and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!
