If I could leave negative stars I would. Imagine, trusting a company with your pets deceased body to ensure the cremation process is taken care of properly but you receive your pets remains in the most heartbreaking condition. Yesterday my sister and I spent over an hour attempting to recover what we could of our Clyde. There were ashes in the bubble wrap, the paper bag, the USPS box, all over the paperwork and leaking out of the cracks of the USPS box, which was in almost perfect condition. We used their services via a local Bloomington funeral home and the process and return of our pup was done with ease and care. We received a clay paw print and ink print which was a great touch to help remember our pup.
