We used their services via a local Bloomington funeral home and the process and return of our pup was done with ease and care. We received a clay paw print and ink print which was a great touch to help remember our pup.
The people who work there are wonderful and very caring. I highly recommend them for your loved fur babies. Thank You for caring for our Cami
We had our Pita Jane cremated through our veterinarian. It took 2 weeks to get her back. The little wooden box has a broken slide lid and the information sticker is cheap and doesn't even have her date of cremation on it. Should of took her to Preston - Hanley in Pekin where we had her brother cremated. Nicer box and sticker. Also $45 cheaper.
