Peter was very rude and proceeded to rant when asked very nicely if he would be able to provide a quote in writing. Grow up Peter! I didn't ask for a rant, just a quote in writing.
Able to make an appropriate booking over the phone. Very fair prices! Able to leave the keys and job was completed while at work. Very happy with the carpets after the work was completed
