This company has the worst customer service ever! Told me in their sales pitch that I would receive a sizable tax rebate to apply to my loan on the panels to keep my monthly payment from increasing after sixteen months. NO such thing! Told me they would send someone out to walk me through how to regularly check my system. NEVER happened! Said they would send someone out to help me install the thermostat they sent me. They have a current 1500 "cash back" deal that they sell you. What they don't tell you is that they up the price by 1500 dollars so you are are not actually getting a deal at all.. its unethical and a sales gimmick that only makes your loan payment MORE. I was able to see the back end of the proposal when the rep wasn't looking and noticed the price increase in the "adders" tab had a "cash back" checked with a 1500 added to the price?! Don't shop this company, they are terribly over priced and are a middle man to the vendors... read more

I signed up with these guys back in February. They emailed me when my panels were approved by the City. I was told my panels were going to be installed in May. It is now the end of May and I have had no response to my repeated emails asking when my panels will be installed. Not happy about the lack of communication.

So far Iam very happy on the system I got. Your custor service is out standing. I've call more than once and always got the help I needed. Victoria went out her to help me. She's number one !!!!

I’ve had my ups and downs with my solar panels since nearly the moment I became a person interested in solar power, and every time I thought the entire situation was off the rails, the salesman David J**** was there to smooth out any rough edges. Always with a calm demeanor despite and a reassuring tone, David has proven to be an incredible resource for the troubling moments when I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, all the way to finding a way to get my roof fixed given it’s decrepit state. Short version: AVOID this company. They are a middle man — they finance through a separate company and use a separate company for installation. Not to mention: Terrible, Untrustworthy. They are so concerned with making a sale that they are willing to give customers misleading and highly inaccurate information. Save yourself the trouble. Sales Rep was great and clear but the implementation crew was terrible. First day they were supposed to be there was a no call no show. Had to call to finally get someone out there and then they still did not show when they said they would. Day 2 they finally came out and no communication, just started drilling on the house. No introduction, no updates throughout the day, nothing. They then left the job unfinished with no updates once again. I had Solar installed on my house with Encor Solar. When they showed up they were very courteous and first explained what to expect and what they needed access to around my house. They put footies on to protect my floors and brought a vacuum to clean up after themselves. After the large system was installed they trained me on how to log in and monitor my system, what all the new electrical devices were and that the Utility would be contacting me to turn in on when they were done with what they needed to do. in the last week i noticed that they shorted me on my panels. I think it is really bad they would treat a homeowner like that along with leaving a 30 foot extention ladder and pallet in my back yard when i told them i had a 2 yr old kid without asking over Christmas weekend so my daughter could not go out side till they removed everything .
