Choosing to install Encor has proven to be the worst decision of my life. Staggeringly so. To the point of being in tears and resulting in hours of lost sleep. The high pressure door-to-door sales roped me in with promises of completely eliminating my power bill. Just got done working for Encor Solar. The company as a whole lacks integrity. All they want is for people to impulsively sign a contract to go Solar. They don’t care about maintaining a relationship with the customer afterwards. There are a ton of stories about encor not responding to the customer when things go wrong. It is a shady company run by people who are complete liars to say the least. Definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs.
