I recently tried to get records from this facility and it took then 3 months. Multiple phone calls, and emails with no response. When n someone did respond they said it was not there problem or job. The even gave there word to mail them and did not. Also, as I was on th phone with the office. I could overhear the patient names and information yalijg amount office personnel as well as office chatter about joking about killing herself by the end of the day and laughing. Highly unprofessional
