Phone system is very frustrating... First there is a long waiting line... then when you get to the front it cuts you off
Spoke with Dr. Paulos Yohannes office yesterday 04/17 and was told to go to Physician’s Regional Hospital on 04/18 for pre-op EKG. Arrived at 0700 and was told that not only did they NOT have any order for the Pre-op requirements but also they did NOT HAVE ANY ORDERS FOR THE SURGERY scheduled for 04/22! This is (Encore Urology) the MOST INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL medical organization that I have EVER dealt with! This is the worst doctors office that I ever had to deal with. Can never get through to the office because of bad phone system for a whole year. I called him to confirm my follow up appointment. They couldn’t find it on the computer so the girl makes another appointment for me a month later and now they don’t have that for me. Dr Tsai is great but this company is foolish! I’ve been sick for A while now and I have no answers to what’s going on after my fourth operation
Worst place to go people are extremely rude and don’t help the patient at all and when you call they hang out in you
We didn’t get passed scheduling! Called Monday - no answer no message to leave. Tuesday left a message on their machine. Wednesday got a call back from the rudest lady. We will go somewhere else!
