Hugh planned a trip to Hawaii for my wife and me, and some aspects turned out fine, but I am still nonplussed by a 4 hour plus layover he had us on at Honolulu. When I mentioned this to the desk personnel they immediately arranged for us to get turned around in 30 minutes instead of 4 hours, which would have effectively wasted a day of vacation.
