Worst experience ever!!! Even after paying extra for insurance for the choir trip ... Disney closed down and because of that our school trip got canceled and rescheduled for Next year! My daughter is a senior this year so will not be able to go next year and they low balled me a refund offer after all the money I paid for this trip and got NOTHING! I definitely would not recommend working with them!

Our upcoming tour will be my sixth with ACIS/Encore. I did a lot of research on tour companies to find them, and they have been outstanding in every way. While travel problems sometimes occur (not their fault - just the nature of having 60 people on tour!), our wonderful Encore reps are always attentive and effective in resolving any difficulties that may come up (a student who lost his musical instrument, airline problems, illness, etc), making our tours run smoothly and happily for all.
