My companion and I had tickets to London on British Airways for September 10th and the strike caused cancellation of our flight. We were unable to reschedule but I am hoping to go after Thanksgiving. I thought I was out a ton of money but I e-mailed Encore and Marika managed to refund or resell our tickets. I'm not sure which but my account was credited so I recommend Encore and will use them again. We had a wonderful 2-week mother/daughter trip planned for September. Since our first stop was London, of course I purchased tickets for a West End show. Sadly, my mother suffered a horrible fall and we had to cancel our vacation plans at the last minute. Used them once, however, associated fees make them more expensive than Ticket Master. TM is also decently cheaper.
Needed to change the ticket holder's name on 2 reservations for London theatre tickets. I was immediately and graciously accommodated by Encore's London theatre reservations agent.
