What an amazing venue Encore is. We held a corporate event there recently and nothing was too much for them. The Event Manager, the team of staff, the chef, the amazing food, even the security guard were all so helpful. We felt confident that they could deliver on our needs, even given the tight timeline. We held our football netball club presentation night at Encore and it was amazing. The staff were so helpful and really made our vision come to life. A huge thank you to our coordinator Jess, she was so fantastic and so patient with me. I was coordinating for 250 guests and she was so great with absolutely everything and so helpful. just beyond grateful it made the event planning so seamless and easy for me.
We recently held a two-day corporate event at Encore, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and on the day itself—professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making everything run smoothly. The venue was well-organized, and the food was absolutely delicious, as always! Encore continues to impress with its quality and service. Highly recommend for any corporate function or event.
Encore was a stunning venue and we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our wedding reception at the beach front location. However, despite all the efforts from our event coordinator to extract every minuscule detail from us, like we were a corporate company, to attempt to prepare and plan everything down to the final detail, the staff on the day were either not consulted with or did not follow instruction and unfortunately made quite a few mistakes, including: missing guests with dietary requirements, not serving pre-supplied alc... read more
It was fine although a little bit hard to get to and parking was challenging also costly
