This place is great! The application process was easy and simple! The tour was smooth and the amenities were wonderful! Can't wait to move in!

I have lived at Encore for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say! The management has been great and any issues I have had are always addressed promptly. The monthly community events are great.
My daughter lived in Encore SoFlo for the past 3 years. Especially with the new management and under the servant leadership of Krystal Leon assistant community manager, my daughter really enjoyed the apartment a lot. We parents and my daughter highly recommend the Encore SoFlo apartment.
I like living here but the $200 rent increase notice i received is kinda crazy considering so many broken things around the complex and stolen packages. Things that broken on and off: community computers and printers, elevators, garage doors, gym equipment, cameras. Couldn't see the footage when my package was stolen. 2 of the 3 common area bathrooms are unusable - they've been clogged for the past several months.
