I rarely leave negative reviews, but after dealing with this situation for over a year, prospective residents deserve to know what my experience has been. I cant upload the videos but the rainfall sound from the leak is incredible it sounds like a waterfall and looks like a waterfall in my living room I first reported recurring water intrusion in my apartment in December 2024. So far, this place is so great! They took me and my family through a proper tour of the building which had all the amenities. Krystal, one of the leasing agents, was so helpful and worked with me to ensure that I was able to get the best bang for my buck! I also had trouble filling out the online application, but management quickly helped and I was able to get my lease in a timely manner. Everyone is very responsive via email and phone. Overall, my experience has been great so far! I can't wait to move in!
The leasing office team is amazing. They’re always welcoming and actually care about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been quick to respond and help out. You can tell they take pride in the community.
Very nice place! The office staff is amazing—Krystal was great and very knowledgeable. Didn’t meet the manager, but the rest of the team was fantastic. Moving in soon!
