Poor customer services. I waited 3 days to receive quote and still didn’t end up getting it. Finally, third day called them up in early hours of morning and was told to wait until afternoon didn’t get anything made a wise decision to go to another supplier. Don’t waste time with them. Their customer services people don’t know nothing and only know how to dodge very well.
I’ve always been a fan of Encore Sheetmetal due to their very helpful staff in the office. I’ve primarily been dealing with Olivia and Sunita and they are fantastic to work with. Always a pleasure!
