Great store with many varieties of furniture and home furnishing items!! They are always friendly and helpful!! Merchandise changes constantly so new items appear often! They can also order things if needed!
Outstanding customer service, even when things didn't go as planned, they where very professional and worked out the details to make them right. I came in contact with 4 different people and they well all very pleasant and helpful.
Went into Encore for the first time today and LOVE this store! We ended up buying 3 really nice pieces and will definitely be back when we are ready for more! Renee was a huge help to us! The rest of the staff was great also! Thank yall so much!

Love this place! Renee helped us and she was awesome. We spent forever looking for the perfect sofa and love seat within our budget. We finally tried Encore after hearing about it from a friend. We found the perfect set the first night we came in. Bought it then and they had it delivered the next day. Great service! Renee was very helpful and patient with us, and was willing to order us what we wanted if we didn't find it in store. We will be back for other pieces!
