Started seeing the staff at Encore for treatment of back problems and though I’m but a few visits into my treatment plan I enjoy the staff’s attentiveness and friendly demeanor. They’re really easy to work with to accommodate your schedule and they are very prompt in getting you in for an evaluation and treatment after orders from your health care provider. I highly recommend Encore for your PT needs.
I have had an excellent experience at this physical therapy location so far. Melissa at the front desk is absolutely stellar at her job, always kind, organized, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. Susan and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, and attentive. Six weeks after open heart surgery, Eugene started going here. They had no clue what cardiac rehab was. They exercised him heavy and his blood pressure dropped. Then they told him to get his doctor to change his medicine and let him drive away. Today Eugene went to the physical therapy at 3101 Denny Ave, Pascagoula. These people knew what the signs of shock are. They will have Eugene on a heart monitor during therapy. And the therapy will concentrate on walking. The front desk lady is rude and the therapist don’t Pay any attention to their patient The beds are nasty and so are some other things if your having to go to physical therapy go somewhere eles this place is a joke
