My name is Brittany L jones , I recently had to do physical therapy on my knee and the staff members very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and very attentive , hands on with each patient and provides one on one care. shows you how to use the equipment and and demonstrates the exercises so you will know what to do. I’m thankful for them since I’ve started my knee pain have improved.
We are members again for the gym part. It’s awesome!! Thanks for allowing old members to use it again!!
I would love to thank everyone at this facility. I had 3 different therapists and each of them were so kind and patient. You just can’t find service from anywhere else that accommodates your needs. They are very professional and welcoming. Again, thank you Encore staff!! If I ever have to come again, I will not mind at all.
