Don't go here for speech therapy. My toddler went here for a few months and I thought it was great at first, thinking we finally found an acceptable speech therapist. But one day on our weekly scheduled same day and same time I was told at sign in I didn't have an appointment for my child when I did. I argued with the very misinformed receptionist, eventually leaving and calling them back when I returned to see in plain black and white printed out my appointment reminders, that day was scheduled. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! My son is epileptic & autistic & has speech delays. He was going here to get speech & occupational therapy. I have to be with him constantly because I have his rescue medicine & I’m trained in how to use it if he has a seizure. Encore told me at the beginning of going there that I could go back with him during therapy but there was so many times they wouldn’t let me or they would argue with me about it. Everyone is definitely good and well trained. Very professional and I have always been treated like I was the only patient. They encourage and push me to work harder as I heal. I can see s lot of improvement after only 6 sessions. They are some of the nicest people I've ever seen.
