If I could give them ZERO stars I would! My son is epileptic & autistic & has speech delays. He was going here to get speech & occupational therapy. I have to be with him constantly because I have his rescue medicine & I’m trained in how to use it if he has a seizure. Encore told me at the beginning of going there that I could go back with him during therapy but there was so many times they wouldn’t let me or they would argue with me about it. The therapist are professional, kind and work well with all patients. I appreciate their help and patience.
Everyone is definitely good and well trained. Very professional and I have always been treated like I was the only patient. They encourage and push me to work harder as I heal. I can see s lot of improvement after only 6 sessions. They are some of the nicest people I've ever seen.
