I lived in this complex for 2 years. Landscaping is non-existent. Snow removal efforts are severely lacking and ice becomes dangerous at times. Items in unit were never fixed after over a year of contacting the "Property Manager". Speaking of the PM, Allison, is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Office is never open.
