Extremely anti social behaviour coming from That house on Exchequer the couple always fighting loudly don’t care about others. Watched them physically fighting on exchequer last week and the woman swearing out loudly it’s called anti social behaviour. This real estate doesn’t care so many neighbours have complained but nothing gets done. Be careful leasing your investment out to this agent. Once they are gone I will remove this review. Hope their lease doesn’t get renewed
After moving from the UK and not having much knowledge on the local rental market etc me and my partner were so happy to find Encore. Amy and the team made the whole process so simple and everything was done in a timely manner. I never thought renting a property could be this easy and hassle free. I rented through Encore for a few years Angela was our property manager who i understand has retired, from start to finish they brilliant to deal with. I have moved and no longer with them but thought people should know there are great rental agents out there. Highly recommend this company.
Helpful staff and very easy going people…! Had no issues with management and was a pleasure having them as our property agent..!
