Please do something about the tenants on the corner of exchequer the ones known to police. It’s not fair we have to put up with the ongoing loud music fighting and police. The lease is up in November they need to be evicted now not November 100% if the principal lived next to them they would have been gone a long time ago. DO BETTER ENCORE
We live 2 houses away from a house they rent out on Exchequer and it’s been 2 years of police presence, yelling, chainsaws, they only ever mow the lawn before an inspection. The woman who lives there I believe has abused every neighbour unprovoked. Multiple complaints to Encore and nothing ever gets done about it. This is not a great agency to use for an investment property we will be chatting to Reiwa
Are these reviews fake ? Seems like you guys are trying to hide the negative comments. Lovely rental you have in greenfields on Exchequer Ave despite all the neighbours complaining you still have them as tenants. If you have an investment property avoid this agent like the plague. Too lazy to take any action against neighbours from hell
