Do NOT hire this company. Door ordered and significant deposit paid in July 2024. No installation as of February 2025 just broken promises and excuses. This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. We had to find an alternative as we could wait no longer and were concerned about anticipated quality of the installation.
We had a great experience with Encore. We purchased a new garage door and would highly recommend this company. They were on time, respectful, service was wonderful and the quality is top notch!
