If you are ordering CHI doors- please do not do it through this company. We ordered and paid a deposit back in Nov 2024. We were told 8-10 weeks of a lead time. Every month they would push delivery back and blame CHI, after it was over 6 months later than my original delivery time I began to question what was going on so I contacted CHI. My doors had never even been ordered and Encore had been lying to me the entire time. The doors we ordered are Magnificent. Quality and great workmanship. Encore OHD are True professionals from start to finish. Service was brilliant. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Their installers were punctual and cleaned up after themselves, cannot fault a single thing. The King Charles door is the envy of our street. Do NOT hire this company. Door ordered and significant deposit paid in July 2024. No installation as of February 2025 just broken promises and excuses. This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. We had to find an alternative as we could wait no longer and were concerned about anticipated quality of the installation.
We had a great experience with Encore. We purchased a new garage door and would highly recommend this company. They were on time, respectful, service was wonderful and the quality is top notch!
Encore has installed a new door for me and also serviced an existing door. In both cases, the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
