⚠️If you like never sleeping, this is the place! Crazy neighbors smoking weed all night long! The way your unit smells heavily, shutting doors that make the whole building shake, and doing odd things at weird times like vacuuming at 4a.m literally every night 😱. Additionally, all summer long, neighbors are outside late at night, playing basketball or getting drunk and throwing parties! Update: the property manager never does anything about it!

don’t care how nice the photos look online—Encore on the Park has something wrong with it. Something that doesn’t show up on tours. People whisper about Unit 119 like it’s a joke at first. Maintenance avoids it. Neighbors won’t stand too close to the door. And if you ask about the girl—Simone—they suddenly remember they have somewhere else to be. They say Simone lived in 119 for only a few months. Quiet. Kept to herself. Always looked tired, like she hadn’t slept in weeks. The night she died, no one heard anything. No scream... read more

Lovely place, though increased prices year after year have made it way more spendy than apartments next to it. Also don’t expect to get your deposit back
