Horrible customer service. I walked in and asked for uv gel fill in i was told to wait five to ten minutes while technician took lunch no problem i waited fifteen minutes and then was told oh she went or it’ll be another twenty minutes. Waiting for somebody named Alex for over 15 minutes I have watched her have a different conversations go in and out of her bag management ask her to come over and she said she will come over when she's ready the worst customer service I've ever received

I recently started going to Encore nails... Today was my third visit and each time I go there- its a price increase for the same service. According to there price list a refill for liquid gel is 55 however I was charged 60 my first time. 75 my second time and for my 10 year old daughter they charged 60 for a gel manicure! and steadily increasing upon each visit.
