Encore and Jen, the host, were fantastic. I attended a 3-day business conference and the layout was perfect for both big group gatherings/presentations and small breakout rooms. We used the lesson rooms for some quiet space, and the big table outdoors or even just walking around to process and talk through ideas was perfect. Attended a conference at Encore this past weekend, and had a great experience! Great location, near the main drag, ample parking, lovely outdoor space, lots of breakout rooms. Jen was super helpful and even gave us tourist tips! It was refreshing not to be in a hotel-- love the fairy lights in the ceiling of ENCORE! And the plant wall in the foyer-- amazing!

Jen and the team at Encore made our Weekend Conference and Mastermind event a huge success. Not only was the venue clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate, it felt warm and inviting. Jen was easy to work with and communicate with. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Audio and Visual were on point and run with respect and kindness! Encore Music Hall was a fantastic location for the voice business owner conference I just attended! Loved the welcoming decor, the indoor and outdoor breakout space options, and the fact that I didn't feel like I was in a generic plastic hotel space. It was super fast and easy to get to lots of food and coffee options. Owner Jen took such great care of us, including amazing catering and great beverage options throughout the conference. What an absolutely fabulous place! So comfortable for our meeting space - NOT like a stuffy hotel at all! There were even additional rooms so we could break into small groups. #bonus Jen was warm and inviting and so very helpful with all of our A/V and lighting needs. The snacks and beverages that we requested were handled perfectly and exactly as described. We’re already looking at next year’s availability!
