I went in today to have my new acoustic ovation’s action lowered. I thought I would have to drop it off and leave it there week. But they had it done in less than 10 minutes and only charge me eight dollars for the service! Thank you Encore Music!!!!
Friendly staff, very helpful, and better selection than expected...but I guess you pay for it. Picked up several cables and a direct box from here. Went to check out and had to put items back as they would give no discount off of the list price which seemed high. I thought maybe they were just really high quality items and went ahead and bought them as I had heard good things about this business before. Was very disappointed when I got home and found out that I paid more than TWICE what items sell for online.Do your homework... read more

Awesome store for a small town This music store is wonderful. Their prices are very competitive and Dana will do anything he can to help you. This is a family run christian business that is owned by very honest people. You will not regret ever making a purchase from this store and will never be disappointed with the product or level of service you receive from anyone that works here. Everyone is super knowledgeable and are all musicians themselves! You HAVE To stop in!
