I’ve been a client of Encore for years now. I’ve had amazing results with laser hair removal as well as melasma treatments. Jara has always been very informative and patient with me. Kyla’s Botox is hands down the best work I’ve had. It always looks natural and I never feel that heaviness that I’ve felt with many other injectors. Just left my first appointment with Jara for tattoo removal and she was so sweet! Very easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable. The front desk was also very kind! Once my tattoo is removed I will for sure be finding some other reasons to be able to come back more frequently! Highly reccomend.

I had went to Encore twice for tattoo removal. The first time was great, very informative, they numbed me and made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the entire process. The second time was the complete opposite experience, it was rushed without any numbing or any information to numb beforehand and they burnt my skin so bad that there was blisters and scar tissue left behind!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and would strongly caution others considering treatment from Picosure machine. I went in for PicoSure laser treatment after being assured it would help lighten my pigmentation. Instead, my melasma has visibly worsened after just one session.
