We have worked with this organization for over a year and still own our timeshare thru wyndham properties in kauai beach village. I have been passed around from one person or group to another always saying we are working on it. They took thousands from us with no results. I feel we could have done better going thru the resort. Very disappointing

Showed up to a presentation today at Home 2 Suites by Hilton Hotel. To learn how to deal with a timeshare sale. I was not allowed into the presentation. I had all my paper work Took a half day off. Really wanted to learn They turned us away. Promised lunch, 25 dollar visa gift card and 100 gas card. Would not let any of us in to the presentation. It was a long drive. This firm is fraudulent.
