I do NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone. They are rip offs. I added my son to my insurance on November 8th, 2024. They did not fully add him or complete the process until November 12th, 2024. I was going through Encore Insurance, which set me up with Cincinnati Insurance Company. They wanted to charge me for adding my son $571 monthly. I would have to pay starting on December 29th, 2024. Was told an exact amount my insurance would be, then was charged way more and they overdraft my bank account. When I got a call back the woman had an attitude with me immediately and kept interrupting me every time I tried to say something.
