I love living at Encore Grayson! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the community is always clean and safe. The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love living here! From the moment I moved in, the entire experience has been fantastic. The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. The management team is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. I’ve had such a great experience living here and I have to give special recognition to the assistant manager, Torque. He is always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to help residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, he has responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of, it may have took him a moment to get back to me, but I completely understood that he was busy. It’s clear he genuinely cares. Thank you, Torque for all you do!
So communication can be better. Was annoyed that my car got towed but I did see they went and credited it back when I paid my rent so happy they did that.
A SAVIOR! Cosme, the angel, totally saved me! My smoke detector was chirping from a dead battery and forced me to sleep out on my couch since it went off late at night. When someone didnt come out to fix it, I gave the office a call and within 5 minutes, Cosme was at my apartment with a ladder to fix it since the maintenance people were busy. Amazing customer service!! THANK YOU COSME!!
