Javier, Tim, and Dustin did an amazing job bringing our vision for the pool privacy wall to life—and honestly, it turned out even better than we imagined! I worked with TJ to design a fence for a small back patio. I wanted horizontal slight with black metal posts. After the date of install was set, I realized the patio was too small to be fully enclosed with wood, and panicked! I emailed TJ to ask if we could change to metal. Luckily, they were able to do so! I now have a beautiful fenced area with horizontal slat at the end that required privacy, with metal sides, allowing for airflow and views. I would highly recommend Encore for their customer service and workmanship!
