Encore was wonderful... very easy to work with and pleasant!!! Tracie and Lisa were always very helpful and quick to respond. Pick up and return of rented items was smooth and easy! If we need to rent anything for an event again, Encore will definitely be who we call!!
Easy process for booking, quick response and follow-up from Tracie when info was needed. Ease of picking up and dropping off! Will definitely use again!
I've used them twice over the years. Last week I wanted last minute chairs Easy, friendly and inexpensive.
