Wonderful service, all your rental needs in one place.
Everyone at Encore was very helpful assisting me with everything I needed for my daughter's Engagement party! I had to change my order the day before and they were very accommodating. I will definitely use them again!
Great prices and new tables and chairs. Can't beat the prices. And the brothers loading and unloading the trucks have great personalities. My only complaint is the lady calling me to come get the chairs and calling me to bring them back, both prior to them closing. Maybe they're used to ppl stiffing them. Other than that I'm a happy camper. Just don't rush me. Of you close at 4pm, then 4pm it is.
They were able to get what I needed on short notice, process was very simple and straightforward. Superb customer service. They are my go to and my only recommendation for event rental things!!!
The process was easy for me being last minute with my request. Came out much cheaper than expected.
