I've used Encore on multiple occasions at multiple residences. Each time, they have been courteous, timely, and professional. My electrical issue was resolved at a great price and with great turnaround. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.
These people are absolutely horrible! We requested they take a look at something at a community of ours to give us an estimate. They replied to the email with only a "yes". The next day, they email an invoice! We never received an estimate or any information what so ever and approval was never given for them to even do the work.
