Very pleased visiting today. Staff got me and I was treaded promptly. Everyone from the desk to the doctor and in-between was very professional, polite, and helpful.
I specifically went here because Dr . Joseph Rubalatta is the dentist there and he is great .No problems at all with him . The problem is the incompetence staff specifically one name Tamala and the blonde girl named Lauren ,both work at the front desk . I told her when she was putting in my prior authorization to only send in for the upper partial denture D5213 because I knew my insurance was NOT going to cover both , but instead she put in the prior authorization for BOTH ,D5213 top and bottom denture D5214 .& just like I s... read more
