No problems with the first use. Anxious to see how oral surgery will be covered.
Have been trying to get someone with customer service for two days. Have stayed on hold over an hour 4 different times. No one answers.
Usually and Customary calculations used to calculate out of Network charges are unbelievable low. You cannot buy a crown for $287 anywhere in the United States, let alone Cedar Rapids Iowa. My plan, which was supposed to pay 50 percent of allowed charges paid $69 on the $985 cost of my crown. It should have paid close to $500.
